Conditions:

> A cleaning fee will be proposed by the concierge at a price of € 120.

> A package of linen rental for 10 people, including fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, bath towels and kitchen towels are priced at € 120.

 

The rental price does not include the damage deposit (700 €) to pay the concierge the day of entry into the premises.

The tax is not included in the rental price per week. (1,5 € per day per person)

 

The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the signed contract and a deposit check of 25% of the rental amount.

The balance of the rent must be handed to the porter, the day the state of fixtures.
